Plot
Batman's long absence from Gotham has emboldened its criminal element. Garfield Lynns, the Firefly, has never been one of Batman's most challenging foes, but with new inspiration for his pyromania, he's sparked a flame that threatens to consume all of Gotham. It's up to the new Batman and Robin to get to the cause of the wave of spontaneous human combustion sweeping the city.
