Plot
"Switching Sides" - S.H.I.E.L.D. agents converge no Mac Gargan, determined to take down the new Venom. Mac easily handles them, but responds differently when Songbird and Radioactive Man arrive.

"Conscientious Objector" - The new Ant-Man finds the Civil War to be a great source of entertainment. He also finds it a great way for attractive young women to find themselves in jeopardy, requiring his keen observational skills.

"Choosing Sides" - A trap is laid to bring in Daredevil, but he manages to escape. Once he returns home, the man under the mask considers his actions, and realizes it will soon be time to wear his own mask again.

"Choosing Sides" - USAgent has been assigned to help Canada deal with its influx of supervillains, but he's not happy about it. Initially prepared to defy Stark's order, he changes his mind when he can add revenge to his "to do" list while he's there.

"Non-Human-Americans" - Howard the Duck is trying to register under the S.H.R.A., but he finds that difficult, given the existing contents of the government's file on him.
