Plot
Badilino decides to take some time off from the NYPD and heads to the Cypress Hills cemetery for some perspective. Unbeknownst to him the cemetery is being watched by Hellgates's men. The Hulk arrives at the cemetary searching for Ghost Rider but instead finds Vengeance. After a brief "misunderstanding", the two battle the forces of Hellgate sent to bring in Vengeance. Meanwhile, a fire has ignited in the mausoleum, one that emanates from the skull of Ghost Rider.
