The detonation of the Inhumans' T-Bomb has torn a massive fissure through space and time. Starlord's warning from the far future has arrived too late to prevent it. But they might be in time to prevent the end of the universe. Most of the remaining Guardians head to Attilan, where they work to save the Inhumans' city from the rift (while rubbing in the fact that they warned the Inhumans that this would happen). Adam Warlock arrives with the Universal Church of Truth, preparing a spell that should prevent the Fault from expanding any further. But betrayal from one of the Guardians leads to grave consequences for the galaxy.
