Plot
Eddie Blake, politician, was thrown out of his apartment window in what appears to be a burglary. Rorschach investigates, and determines that Blake was a part of the Minutemen as the Comedian before the Keene Act of '77 shut down non-government superheroes. Rorschach begins to warn the surviving members that there may be a mask killer on the loose, but they're not ready to believe him.
