"Anatomy" is a medical themes murder mystery as med school student, Paula Henning (Franka Potente) heads off to school enrolled in the Heidelberg medical school. Everything seems fine till she stumbles upon a body in the school morgue of someone she met while on the train traveling to school. Unable to let it go, Paula begins to delve deeper into the unnamed man’s death and stumbles onto something more than she bargained for. She learns Professor Grombek (Traugott Buhre) is the head of a sadistic, murdering Antihippocratic secret society that has set up operation within the school and many members are fellow students.
