Giving his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, an adventure trip to Egypt, Scrooge McDuck (Alan Young) finds a magical lamp, which the ducklings rub. This produces a genie (Rip Taylor) who is quite afraid that his former master will find him before he can grant wishes to those who have saved him. The evil Merlock (Christopher Lloyd) is hot on the trail of the genie. During the adventures, Scrooge switches the magic lamp with a gravy boat, leading to more confusion after the ducklings waste all their wishes. Scrooge McDuck may be in danger of losing his riches to the intentions of one lamp rubber named Dijon (Richard Libertini) who is servant to Merlock.
