Plot
After the unthinkable tragedy on September 11, 2001, the news was on every imaginable broadcast channel. This documentary tells the story by using footage compiled by 16 separate stations. Featured in some of the 118 interviews with New York City residents are Mayor Rudy Giulliani (himself). He reacts to those who felt the need to jump from the Twin Towers. Another interview features New York Fire Department commissioner, Thomas Von Essen (himself) who grieves on camera over the loss incurred by his department. Beth Petrone (herself) talks about losing her husband. Throughout the video, music provided by the New York Philharmonic sets the tone and mood.
