Plot
Jack (Anton Yelchin) is a teen age boy who is learning about his sexuality and just discovering girls. But at this difficult time of adolesence, his home life falls apart. His parents, Paul (Ron Silver) and Anne (Stockard Channing), are in the process of a divorce. Paul is gay and has decided to live as a gay man and to move in with his boyfriend. Anne is not handling things very well and Jack suffers for it. With all the craziness in his own family, Jack tries to find normalcy among his friends' families, but in doing so, he finds out that most families have their difficulties too.
