Michelle (Kate Hodge) and Ryan (William Butler) are looking forward to their trek cross-country to deliver a car to their dad. He has given them plenty of money and a road trip is just what they need after finishing up school. Had they known what lay in wait for them, they may have had second thoughts. After several increasingly bizarre events that culminate in being threatened with a shotgun at a small gas station, they head out on a deserted Texas road eager to put distance between themselves and the crazy man. Unfortunately for them, the car breaks down and they find themselves stranded. But not for long. An odd man comes to their rescue. The only problem is he has a leather mask and a chainsaw.
