Life is less than exciting for 24-year-old Marvin Montrose (Karl Geary). Plagued since birth with severe allergies and sensitivity to everything in the environment, Marvin has had to live his life in the confines of a sterile home with little contact with the outside world. To pass the time, Marvin spends long hours observing the neighborhood with the zoom lens of his camera. Marvin begins to notice funny happenings. First, a little boy disappears, next the local drug dealer. Marvin has always been suspicious of the strange garbage man (Lance Henriksen). He appeals to younger sister Rosy (Alexis Dziena) and her best friend Carmen (Rebecca Mader) to help investigate these disappearances. Meanwhile, the Judas bug is back. Mutating and looking for more victims.
