Romeo (Saif Ali Khan) is a pampered pooch living with a wealthy family in urban India. But when the family moves to London, Romeo finds himself left behind and out on the streets. Teaming up with a gang of other strays, he hits upon opening up a salon for canines to make a living. Things get complicated when Romeo falls for a beautiful Afghan named Laila (Kareena Kapoor), who is the girlfriend of the gangster dog Charlie Anna (Javed Jaffrey).
