The Cheetah Girls 2 finds the girls on an international adventure. When Chanel (Adrienne Bailon) learns that she will be accompanying her mom Juanita to Spain to visit her boyfriend, she is originally quite unhappy. When Aqua (Kiely Williams) spots a shooting star, the girls, including Dorinda(Sabrina Bryan) and Galleria (Raven Symone) all wish upon the star together, wishing they can go to Spain too. Galleria then finds an advertisement in a magazine for an International Music Festival which just happens to be in Barcelona. With a bit of pleading , the girls convinces their parents to allow them to go to Spain, along with two of the moms as chaperones. Unfortunately, an enemy is at work, and Marisol's (Belinda Peregrin) mom tricks the Cheetahs into taking actions which will disqualify them from the competition. The Cheetah girls end their time in Spain with great upbeat music, new friendships, and the reinforcing of their long time bond.
