Plot
Eleven nutty cartoon drivers in strange vehicles compete in a madcap road race and try to outsmart---and out-cheat---each other to the finish line in this Hanna-Barbera effort. Among the racers: the evil Dick Dastardly in his Mean Machine and Penelope Pitstop in her Compact Pussycat.
