1. Pay Monthly (Automatic monthly payments): starting at USD $2.95 per month.
   MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and PayPal only. Cancel anytime.
   
   
2. Pay Yearly: starting at USD $29.95 per year
   All payment methods available, including Bank Transfer.
