The President of the United States (Peter Coyote) is in office when the Pentagon detects that North Korea has armed three nuclear missiles which can strike anywhere in the U. S. The President orders a team of U. S. Navy Seals to destroy both the missiles and the launch pad. The leader of the Navy Seals group is Lieutenant Robert James (Nicholas Gonzales). The Pentagon soon learns it has made a mistake when new information is received and decide to abort the mission. But the Navy Seals have already landed in North Korea. The Pentagon send South Korean special forces to rescue the missing team.
