Trailer
Plot
Generation Kill follows Rolling Stone columnist Evan Wright (Lee Tergesen) as he embeds with the United States Marines Bravo company during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Wright travels in the lead vehicle of Bravo Company, along with Sergeant Brad 'Iceman' Colbert (Alexander Skarsgård), Corporal Josh Ray Person (James Ransone) and Lance Corporal Harold James Trombley (Billy Lush). The series chronicles the company's experiences during the war, their initial excitement turning to delusion as they are exposed to the realities of modern war. Throughout the series, the company struggles with a lack of clarity in their mission, frequently changing rules of engagement and objectives that seem unachievable or meaningless.
