Say you have 2 albums (one as disc 1, and one as disc 2), you can merge them into a multi-disc album. To do this, select them in your list with the checkboxes, then select Merge Albums from the blue Action bar.
1. Select the albums, and click “Merge Albums:
2. Then pick the album you wish to merge them to:
